This is a very cute blanket. It's thin and soft. Our kindergarten child cannot have a sleeping mat or stuffed animals at school this year due to Covid-19. It was the perfect compromise. It has no filling like a plush toy, and it is not thick, so it is easy to take with you. This gives her the feel of a cute and cozy blanket. We've washed it several times and it's holding up well. It is very small, so the size is also large. Our 8 year old daughter is tall and she wants one too. It would probably work for her too, but maybe not for as long.
