I bought these charging cables in March 2018 as I just got a new phone that requires USB-C. I've always preferred Anker products for their durability and wide range of chargers. almost anything we use, especially anything you can think of when building a new grocery store. I offer a wide range of chargers not only for my personal life but for all my employees and their vehicles. We have multiport chargers for our base. In hotels, everyone has multiple ports for their car and home, as well as multiple individual ports when needed, with different lengths and types of anchor cables. Everyone also has a rechargeable 26,800 unit to use while climbing, which is crucial as we use our phones and tablets ALWAYS as all of our IP camera apps and focus tools are on our phones. I bought these special 2 packs of red 6 inch USB -C cables in March 2018. This is my most used kit that I take with me everywhere. Here in March 2020 one of the cables stopped working. On Saturday, I contacted Anker's customer service through their website. Got an answer on Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. that Nina from customer service had already processed the replacement cable and it was on its way. Received it on Thursday of the same week, NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Amazing support and not only did I get her replaced with no questions asked but I was treated like I mattered and she even replied a few days later to make sure I was happy. 2 months later the second pair fell out along with another 6ft blk which I use in my truck bought in 2016. Both cables are treated the same, no questions asked, and I received them the same week the claim was made. electronics gone. For us, Anker is number 1 in business and private life! Thanks again to Anker and Nina for doing everything to make our chaotic life a little bit easier!
