
We have chickens and I'm always looking for new ways to use our constant supply of eggs. I watched Jacques Pepin make cheese soufflés for his mother and I never made soufflés, intimidated by stories about how difficult it is and how easy they break. He made it look solid so I bought this 6 cup soufflé dish. Well it was a success and I love how easy it was to clean up. Advice from Jacques, prepare a dish with lots of butter. I highly recommend this dish.
