I know Microsoft hasn't confirmed this yet, but this pen seems to have some buggy behavior with Surface Book 3. There are several reports on the internet about the traditional stylus working fine while this button causes the touchscreen to accidentally turn off. I've already encountered this error and the only solution is to restart the device. It's not a deal breaker, but I think it should be noted that if you're looking for a great user experience and you own a Surface Book 3, you should get the standard Microsoft stylus.
