They are very soft and work really well. They're also huge (almost three times the size of the square ones from the ult) and have a very good loop for hanging them dry. I've used it to remove everything, any waterproof mascara with no problems. I see the best results with very warm/almost hot water and don't wring it out completely, just keep it slightly damp. Also, they stopped leaving fluff on my face after about 2 washes (so it goes away after a few uses if you're worried about that). Plus the price really can't be beat for the amount you get. The Ult ones are more expensive and don't work
