Well packaged, this holder is the right size and has a smooth finish. This product is relatively expensive, but it seems to be exactly what I wanted. For example, it's narrow enough to prevent brushes and tools from flying all over the place and dries very quickly. However, the only way to learn about its use and cleaning is to go to the company's website and watch the videos. This can be done either by scanning a QR code or by entering the URL in a browser. I tried both methods but couldn't watch the video without logging in, which I don't want to do. I think I've already purchased the product and I'm annoyed that the company won't give instructions until I provide them with more information about me. For this reason and only for this reason I am deducting two stars from my rating.
