This is not high quality for the serious jeweler, but it does the job for the novice chain mail wearer. before I found out from the seller that they are iron (iron doesn't rust) and not stainless steel. (By the way, the seller was quick to answer this question, but I was just too eager to order before the deadline). Even so, I would never use them to make wearable jewelry; HOWEVER I think they will be GREAT for beginners (like me) to learn a few different patterns from Post. I love that it includes a ring opener to wear on your finger (VERY USEFUL!) as well as a small pair of pliers and if I find that I don't have the patience for chain mail I won't waste my money because I can always tape the jaws of my pliers and use them for my wire wrapped hobby. or something else. I probably won't use cutters because I already have some really good ones, but it's good to have them with me. I also like the part container because I can reuse it for more jump rings and/or beads. Overall it was a good deal because of the tools. The kit was exactly as described and it arrived very quickly on a Sunday. Thanks for the good service and fast shipping!
