No heatsink Suitable for internal TV tuner and capture cards

This one simply "works" as a 1080P 30fps HDMI capture dongle that shows up as a webcam device in Windows with it I can use OBS Studio, Google Hangouts or Zoom. It only supports MJPEG at full resolution, so expect some image detail to be lost and colors to be slightly distorted. I fix this in my A6000 and it looks acceptable but not as sharp as when it was shot with YUV2. However, there is no on-chip heatsink in this dongle, just a thermal pad that connects it to the case. So I would expect it to overheat and fail like most of these cheap versions do. After 15 minutes of use the chip got hot inside so I installed a heatsink from a 3D printer stepper driver I had on hand and it worked fine for a few hours. There's also a noticeable latency, probably 100ms or so on my 8700K system, so maybe not the best option for video conferencing, but it can be adjusted in OBS.
