Recently used on a 1500 mile trip and it served its purpose. It supported my back and reduced the stiffness significantly. I found the best way to keep it from falling off the seat back was to stick the "tail" piece through an opening in my headrest and nip a rolled towel in from the back side. You may have to improvise . Don't even try to use the included mounting cords.
