I was so happy to use this cute bag but I was turned down by security at the concert because the bag didn't meet the clear bag policy. The venue stated that it is not fully transparent as there is a leather material on the top and bottom. I tried to explain that the bag was listed as compliant but had to pay for a baggage check and ended up lugging my stuff around in one of those cheap transparent open bags. Disappointed and will be back.
