Makes fish boning much easier

I' I have done things the hard way for too long. These tweezers are great for deboning salmon and I wish I had bought them sooner. When I'm done, I put them in the dishwasher to sterilize them. I don't particularly like the flat ones, but I do like the angled tweezers and I think the flat ones will be my "backup" pair. They are durable, easy to grip and have a large gripping surface. I highly recommend it.
