I just received this hydration pack, I am training for a marathon and also sparring, this pack is perfect! Pros: It has mesh to help airflow, great when you sweat! - You can put a 2L hydration pack in your backpack - 2 small water bottles are great for front scanning - if you don't want to stash water bottles this is perfect for holding your sticky or snack or cell phone - has two adjustable clips that go around the chest and prevent the backpack from slipping off the shoulders - adjustable straps - I love that there are 3 different options for purchasing this backpack depending on your needs, which is amazing - zipper closure on the front of the strap where you can store valuables. I put my car keys in there. Cons: I haven't found any cons yet! As you can see, you can't go wrong with this hydrator.
