Pretty accurate (gauges on my truck showed all the tires were 1psi higher than the gauge said). The main complaints are that the internal battery is enough to fill a tire, but no more. Also, the cigarette lighter cable that plugs into the unit was an inch from the rear wheels of my 2019 Tacoma, so folks with larger cars should check that when they first get it to make sure what it's accomplishing. Finally, you can set a goal on the device, but it will NOT shut down automatically when it reaches the goal. It keeps filling up after it hits the objective, so I'm not sure why it even has that feature.
