This color is bright and fun! The material feels like a soft bathrobe and the sequins are layered to resemble a fish scale/mermaid. These are reflective and higher quality sequins, so they won't come off easily if you bump into it. I ran my hand over it and nothing came off. The dress is a little long and ends at the knees. It can be very up to your child's size. Fits like a regular sweatshirt. The piping at the hem and wrists is comfortable, and there's plenty of room to wear a tank top and tights. Very cute cool/cold weather dress. I wouldn't recommend it for summer.
