Let me start by saying that I have never turned down a purchase or product but it has truly been one of the most devastating experiences I have had with a product. After receiving this item we spent hours installing these lights in our garden. Through mosquito bites, rain, hard work and toil, we installed these lights as pictured and found them to be very good and beautiful. Rather than testing the product prior to installation, which would require installing glass bulbs, installing cables with glass, and risking broken glass, we chose to just fully install everything. Confidence in the product and the reviewers. After all of this was set up, the first wire was completely dead; thereby completely destroying our entire system. We spent another hour troubleshooting so we didn't have to repeat the whole process, but there was no way to fix it. We ended up having to take it all off, which resulted in a glass light bulb being smashed in our son's face. On top of that we have our prom party in a few days and we really relied on this product. Also, currently, when returning a product, our hands are tied as we urgently need a single working wire. So we suffered hard work, wasted time, wasted money, and deprivation, all for no reason. Again, sorry if this comes out abruptly, but I've never had such a bad experience with a product before.
