I really liked this whisk when I first got it and I use it for smoothies about 5 times a week. However, after about 2 weeks, I noticed that part of the smoothie wasn't working, like it had lost its spiciness. Also, the design seems to make it easier for things to get stuck in there (like avocados, etc.). It works great with fresh fruit, but not at all with frozen fruit, or at least after a few weeks of use. The blade appears to be flexible - it may have bent trying to use frozen fruit. I also use the morning omelette whisk daily - I really like the whisk and the speed at which it spins. My only complaint is that part of the smoothie seems to be clogged with avocado, making it difficult for the blade to hit the fruit, and it doesn't seem to like frozen fruit at all.
