The team has been really amazing! Highly recommend them for any customer requiring help during their transition into an agile implementation. Really attentive about getting every issue resolved immediately. They are very supportive while also helping their customers be successful by working closely together. If you need assistance transitioning to this method - talk fast before it's too late!! I do not remember all that they helped me with but would like get my account reset back so that there were no issues going forward after moving our organization from traditional waterfall methods towards Agilience methodology. The team has been very responsive. They are available for any questions I had throughout our implementation process. As an organization that's looking forward into moving all systems onto one platform it was important that they could provide us support during this transition period.
