I threaded them from the pattern for my tree and coat. I also made twine tassels at the ends of three long strands. I used masking tape to make a dot on the cord to thread the beads because I couldn't find my big needles. I had a few beads that didn't lend themselves to this scotch method. Once I found my needles, they came through easily and I was able to use all the beads.
