I love this thing. I've been using it weekly for over a year to grate lemons and grate ginger and parmesan. I've only recently discovered grooves on the inside edges that make it easy to get everything off the ground. Basically take the back of the knife and scrape it from left to right, then use the blunt end of the knife in the grooves to easily remove what's left after scraping. Such an ingenious feature, not specifically mentioned, but ensures you get everything out of the grater in seconds without much effort. This feature alone deserves 5 stars. It handles most things with ease, but ginger needs a little more effort and some kind of support underneath. It's not the most durable tool, but it has sharper teeth than any other grater I've used and cleans up easily. I haven't touched my grater in ages. We recommend.
