Review on Open Web Analytics by Andrew Webster

I like it because of its ability to handle different data sources in one view without much hassle! It's not free but still very useful if used properly. Sometimes there are bugs which makes some things difficult - we've had this problem twice now when trying to connect third party services through API calls. When dealing with multiple accounts/sites at once you have more work compared to other tools out there. We're solving problems relating to our customer service department so they know what customers want from us better than ever before.
