Really great wall mount. Very high quality. The wider stand, wall side and mounting plate were important differentiators and features for me. I bought a narrower version of the Mount 1 without thinking about the final placement in terms of the cleats. I found that it took me a few inches left and right of center to tap the studs and I immediately bolted on a 1-2 inch wide board. I was going to use a few small pieces of wood (2 x 4 etc.) to close the gap but figured it would be too irritating on the eyes long term. I certainly wouldn't even attempt to mount and mount my new 55-inch 4k HDR Smart TV using surface mount inserts and an alternative manufacturer's screw option. No way! I can't believe this is recommended for larger TVs. Maybe for a light weight of 32 inches or less. I rarely take the time to comment on anything like this anyway, but I felt compelled given how happy I am with the product.
