OEM fan motors were $130+. OEM replacement is still $100. I chose this one because it was 1/3 the OEM price. Fits great. Super easy installation. The only difference is that you can hear the sound of the motor when it's on to the max. Very quiet hair dryer noise. For me it is not critical, since it is much cheaper. I bought an OEM replacement from a major parts store for my wife's short vacation for almost $100 and it makes the same noise. If you're looking to save money and aren't picky, this is a good deal. Fits my 2013 Fusion perfectly
