Pay attention to the input port. This requires the FEMALE end of your VGA cable. Most VGA cables are male to male. This means you need a VGA male-to-female or female-to-female adapter. The latter is NOT the best option as it makes the joint heavier and bends the pins. Otherwise it works fine.
