I am using appBot to keep my team informed regarding our customer's feedback or suggestions related with apps we are building at work (mobile friendly). We can easily track all incoming conversations via this platform which helps us manage them effectively as well! The only thing that i dislike now would be if there was an option where you could see more details/stats per each conversation received so it will help me prioritize better amongst many chats coming simultaneously into one chat window!! This tool has been extremely helpful when managing multiple clients' ideas /feedback etc., without having accesses their accounts personally!! Highly recommended! You're not gonna regret getting yourself registered onto APPBOT.
