It smells amazing. Kind of a warm, spicy scent that reminds me of cologne and baked goods. Not particularly feminine or particularly masculine. It's VERY potent for a couple of weeks when you first open it, even in a large room, so I'd recommend sticking just two or three sticks in at first, then adding the rest as the scent wears off. I think it would be too strong to use in a small space but you can always buy several smaller jars and reeds separately and just use the oil from this product in the smaller jars. I plan to do that for my next box. I wish Nest would sell refill juice so I can reuse the pretty glass bottle it comes in instead of throwing it away every time.
