Honda Shadow Phantom 2015. This mounts to the existing clamp on the brake or clutch. Do not remove half of the C-Clamp/Bracket on the bike. Remove the screws and install using the screws that came with the kit. Use the plastic spacer to fix it. What I don't like is the gap that remains after assembly and the plastic spacer looks cheap and will probably break eventually. I wouldn't trust that. So I didn't install it until I found a better metal gasket. It's a good idea to install additional accessories without overloading the steering wheel.
