Won't find this value anywhere else . but has limited life

I've held off on writing a review for at least several months to see what the longevity of this product would be and there's nothing to suggest that they're going to stop working. I've got them connected in both my backyard and my front yard on two different transformers on a timer. They come on every night like clockwork and the area of coverage is spectacular. If anything, they're too bright and it would be nice to have a dimming feature on them but I've never seen this on any exterior light before.Easy to install, material seems to be of good quality. Spikes are metal making them easy to push into even hard ground.Update (2 years later): I get that nothing lasts forever but these lights are slowly starting to die one by one. Two have stopped working and I imagine that it will only be a matter of time before the rest go. Was it worth it? Well, if these hasn't been led, I most certainly would have had to change the bulbs by now. However, I'm led to believe that LED has the potential to last years and sometimes even decades. This is certainly far from those expectations. Worst is that I can't change the bulbs so the whole unit has to be thrown away. Price wise, it's a mediocre investment and environmentally, it's a terrible proposition.

Pros
  • The lights can be used to highlight specific features, like a pool or a deck
Cons
  • The installation process may require the use of specialized tools or equipment
