Great by for the money

Initially I was a little skeptical based on the price I ordered the other style from another seller did not like but this spotlight version the light is way brighter cleaner looking and the assembly and construction of the actual light is amazing I had a raccoon knock one into the pond while it was on and it sat there pretty much till late that evening that I noticed it I just took it out of the water and planted it back in and continue to work as a before

Pros
  • Never out of power
Cons
  • The product may have a short lifespan or wear out quickly over time

Garage door won’t open

Installed these on the house as down lighting. They look spectacular. The problem I have discovered is that cheap led lights from, uh, other really large countries that have great cuisine like sweet and sour chicken, don’t always comply with FCC Regs. So, these led lights interfere with my garage door remote. When the lights are on, the garage door won’t open. Buyer beware, or get home before dark anyway.

Pros
  • Does a nice job of lighting. No connectors. Wish cord was longer.
Cons
  • each has an AC/DC converter built in, one has shorted and charred out

Easy to install from wide beam though

I bought these originally to install and light up columns. I ended up not using them for that, but to light up trees, which they are better suited for.

Pros
  • They come with a warranty, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchase
Cons
  • The lights may not adhere to local zoning or building codes

Very impressed with these lights

I powered them with a 12VAC Hampton Bay transformer and they work perfectly. Only 2 weeks of usage so I cannot comment too much on longevity. Only weak link may be the screw which tightens on the side to hold position. I believe a small lock washer would work well.

Pros
  • The lights can be used in conjunction with timers and motion sensors, making them even more efficient
Cons
  • The lights may not be able to fully illuminate large outdoor structures or buildings

Pictures speak for themselves!

This is one of my favorite Ebay purchases. I installed them with extension cords by soldering and marine heat shrinking connections. I used a 12v driver from amazon as well on a timer. The whole project cost me barely over $100.

Pros
  • Our third purchase of these and no complaints. Nice warm but bright light (3000K). Easy to connect.
Cons
  • The installation process may require significant time and effort to complete

These are great replaced LED light. I used them to replace my PAR6 landScaping light bulbs. These are cheaper and made better than those bulbs.

Pros
  • They're low-profile, so they don't detract from the overall look of the yard
Cons
  • The lights may create unwanted shadows or dark spots in certain outdoor areas

Durable and Bright in my review

These are super powerful lights, and I've had them for almost a year without any issues. Great for lighting trees and bushes.

Pros
  • Cozy lighting
Cons
  • The lights may be too dim to provide necessary security for your outdoor space

Won't find this value anywhere else . but has limited life

I've held off on writing a review for at least several months to see what the longevity of this product would be and there's nothing to suggest that they're going to stop working. I've got them connected in both my backyard and my front yard on two different transformers on a timer. They come on every night like clockwork and the area of coverage is spectacular. If anything, they're too bright and it would be nice to have a dimming feature on them but I've never seen this on any exterior light…

Pros
  • The lights can be used to highlight specific features, like a pool or a deck
Cons
  • The installation process may require the use of specialized tools or equipment

perfect lights good for me

bright and excellent quality materials. If you know how to set them up (follow instructions, you can have them set for just a few more bucks. you will need cable, junction caps, electrical tape or liquid electrical tape, or silicone (to protect the junctions from moisture). I bought timed-light sensitive switches and I don't have to turn them on or off, the switches do the work for me. materials after buying the LED lights (I bought 18 lights) run for less that $100 (again, that's the materials

Pros
  • The LED lights last a long time, so the investment pays off in the long run
Cons
  • The lights may not provide enough illumination for nighttime activities or events

Nice lights that don't cost much.

I'm very pleased with the value and brightness of these lights. I've only had them installed for a month so do not know how long they will last. My only complaint is that the spike for the lights is easily stripped. Other than that I would definitely order these again.

Pros
  • They're ideal for large landscapes, where traditional lighting might prove expensive or impractical
Cons
  • The lights may consume more electricity than you anticipate or budget for

Value for money - my new review

If not for the missing clip ons for the low voltage cable, I would've given it a 5 star rating. Like the brightness and size of the product. Had to buy the clips separately to install, however very happy with the product

Pros
  • Excellent product
Cons
  • They failed after some time. I requested information about warranty claim but never got an answer

Excellent lighting for my home.

Really impressed with these lights. Wish the lead wires were a little longer but they look outstanding. Great brightness. Can’t speak to longevity yet as I just installed a few months ago.

Pros
  • They're environmentally-friendly, reducing the amount of electricity needed to light outdoor spaces
Cons
  • The product may not be compatible with dimmer switches or other features

Not bad for the cost.

In the past I have purchased Landscape lights from several different manufacturers. These are made out of VERY thin aluminum and steel, but overall I'm satisfied with the quality and these should last several years.

Pros
  • These light will provide very nice bright light for what you need them for.
Cons
  • The cost may be too high for the quality and durability of the lights

Great lights, will update to 5 stars if they last

My original review included current testing that seemed to indicate 2.2W and insufficient brightness - I now believe there was an issue w/ my multimeter. These are bright and well made - the aluminum stake is key and the lens is sealed with a proper silicon/rubber dual-sided gasket that should last (see photo), just make sure those bezel screws are snug.

Pros
  • They're easy to install, even for those who don't have experience with electrical work
Cons
  • The lights may create unwanted light pollution in surrounding areas

REALLY bright! - my new review

I got tired of my solar lights after only one year turning into complete garbage. I decided I’m done with solar. I bought this light kit and a 120 W transformer and holy cow, these lights are bright! Even only being 5 W each, they put off an absolutely Shocking amount of light. Will illuminate an entire tree if you place it at the bottom, and worked great illuminating my pathway. Very pleased!

Pros
  • They're made from high-quality materials, so they're durable and long-lasting
Cons
  • The product may take up too much space or be obtrusive in certain outdoor areas

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A minor flaw for my opinion

For the price I'm VERY satisfied with this product but imo there's a minor flaw. The wire extending from the back is only 8" long which makes it difficult to hide the wire nut connections. If the wires were twice as long I definitely would have given this product a 5 star review.

Pros
  • Been a year now still work great
Cons
  • The spotlights may not be adjustable or able to be aimed in specific directions

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great quality and light!

Installed 12 of these spots and they are awesome. Easy to direct and also small enough to not overpower. Very very nice outdoor lighting and they seem heavy duty so I am confident that they will be long lasting. My yard looks beautiful. The neighbors are all ordering them now.

Pros
  • Great to see at night!!
Cons
  • The spotlights may not be weatherproof, resulting in damage during rain or snow

Great value, BRIGHT lights!

Important to note these must be hardwired and do NOT have a transformer or plug. We ran two circuits and wired our lights to illuminate our orchard. Many trees were 20-60’ apart from each other. The lights are bright and we love that we can change them individually with the remote. The lights are beautiful, our neighbors love it and so do we!

Pros
  • Outdoor Lighting
Cons
  • The lights may not be as energy-efficient as advertised
