Well my vet loves it and recommended it to me over another product. I had high hopes that this would help my five month old [male] kitten avoid using the area he had chosen as "his area". I've used it 3 times and again just before it came home (it's been gone for a few days since I had surgery). And he wasn't home for two days, returning "to the same place." In front of me he urinated in a small river. To be honest, I'm not sure what the "real problem" was: his raging hormones, coming home after a few days away, or the product. The product eliminated the smell of urine and when I used the black light there was no trace of urine. I only gave four stars because I'm not sure if it's a product or my cat. He's neutered and there's a bottle of Urine Off on the floor in the corner. Did I mention it's in my dining room? So the product may have met my surface cleaning expectations, but my kitten did not. I will keep using it if I need it in the future [I hope I never have to use it again], in the meantime it could become a work of art in my dining room :-). And then I will come back to this review to edit it. However, thank you for a product that will help all of us who love our cats to keep them at home when they have urinary problems. I'm sure the product is necessary for many of us.
