I am a teacher and this was recommended. I've only used it a few times and each time I've lost a whole bunch of hair. Some of them are normal, but every time I used this shampoo and conditioner, twice as much hair fell out as usual. I gave him a few chances, thinking maybe it was an accident. Bad batch maybe? I emailed but the company said they shouldn't and in fact I missed the return window by a week.
