Serious? Who sends such a ceramic mug?
I heard the rumble of broken glass even before I opened it. Fragile/open cardboard and as thin as possible (also open) plastic bubble bag in a single ply plastic bag for transportation - is that supposed to protect the ceramic mug? I read the reviews that talked about the collapse and hoped for the best. How are the chances? I asked myself I won't ignore it next time. Here's a parting gift for the neighbor who should be its recipient.
