I wouldn't attach any importance to that. I will use it with 2 small RGB lights and that's it. Anything that has a handle, like a phone tripod mount or an Osmo case, I'd worry about it tipping over. It costs about $3-5 not $9.

Works as described. Small enough to toss in your bag. Big enough to stabilize the gimbal.
