I had to rewrite my Reach Dentotape review because I made a mistake on the thickness of this floss. After opening the package, my husband told me that the thickness is the same. I checked him again and he was right. So I would buy this floss again as there is no better floss that goes between my tooth gap and receding gums (no bleeding gums). I can't find dental floss in local stores. Our dentist told us if we wrap a raw piece of meat in foil and leave it outside the fridge for 7 days. 7 days after opening the foil and smelling the raw meat. He says this is what your breath smells like when you're not flossing. Don't forget to brush your front teeth and tongue. Nobody ever told me about it until I found out a few years ago. When you get older; Your tongue forms small pockets on your tongue. Dairy products (milk, cheese, ice cream, etc.) end up in the openings of your tongue, which also cause bad breath, so be sure to brush them as tightly as possible. Stores used to sell tongue brushes, but I'm not sure they still sell them; Tongue brushes have no bristles, which makes the job easier. After brushing your teeth, I recommend rinsing with Biotene mouthwash; Especially if you can't afford to go to the dentist regularly.
