This item is very well packaged and the design is very well made. I have provided some photos to show the packaging - it is very pretty and looks good. The drawer is very convenient to increase the portability of the device. I have another rinse thread that doesn't retract and that's why it's superior to the first one. (✅). A charging cable is included, it fits well in a pocket. The charging port is a micro-USB, which is gradually being replaced by USB-C. Although it doesn't really affect the device, it could present a small obstacle when looking for a replacement charger later on. INCREDIBLE, but it can happen. Overall the device looks charming and the water pump works well. Not sure what type of plastic it's made of, hoping to prevent bacteria build-up. This is a review shortly after receipt (no long term experience) so I cannot confirm the sterility of the water tank. Everything else looks well cared for, so I think the designers took care of it. WORTH THE PRICE. There are two other spare needles (in a fairly good quality structured pouch, may I add) so you can be assured of the overall durability of the item. When not in use, it is safely stored in the base unit. This product has been very well thought out and made from quality materials. At a really affordable price, it speaks to the heart of the manufacturer as they seem to really care about what they design. Trust your purchase, it will bring you joy and improve your oral health! 😁
