This means when my daughter puts her hands in, her entire palm fits in the glove, AAAA And there isn't much room except for her fingertips or thumb. Other brands of mittens and gloves are not. Often they fit in the palm of your hand, but your thumb or fingers slip out of each hole. So we paid a little more for it and it was worth the money.
