Review on Rock Hulk Electric 2500Lb Single Waterproof Exterior Accessories by Raymond Gray

This is the second Rugcel winch I've bought (the first weighed 2000lbs) and both are well built and relatively quiet (as winches run). I love the cable guide that attaches to the front of the winch and the included mounting plate offers many mounting options. I use it on the front of my trailer to lift cars onto my trailer so I appreciate the winch's weather protection. My only complaint, which is minor, is the remote control switches. Two winches, both with the same problem - the input and output switches are swapped, or at least my interpretation of the symbols is that they are swapped. As shown in the attached image, the arrow showing the cable entering the winch (left button) and exiting the winch (right button) actually does the opposite (right button pulls the cable back). On each one, I just opened the handle and swapped the buttons. Then I also labeled the radio buttons so I don't mix them up (2nd image). It's easy to do, but I have to ask why the buttons were set up that way. Again a small problem and I think you will be very happy with the Rugcel winches. I had a few questions for them after the sale and their support team responded promptly and politely.
