While the changing pad has air pockets between the inner foam and the vinyl cover, which is a bit annoying, this replacement pillowcase adds additional air pockets between the cover and the vinyl cover. I don't think it matters much, just a little annoying. The fabric is muslin and not very soft but good enough. The print design is cute and the best part. I would give 4 stars but a deduction for the price.
