the handle looks small but I felt very comfortable in my big hands. The blade is VERY sharp and the holes make it easy to cut through hard and sticky cheese. It's not just a cheese knife. I use it for fruits, veggies, whatever. I keep children away from it for safety reasons. SCAM: After receiving the knife through Revain, I received a nice email stating that I was chosen for my patronage, excellent culinary skills, superior intelligence, gray cat and the like. to get a "free" Granton Edger. Nice! BUT, the knife was NOT really free but was intended to be a gift depending on my club's plans for future knife purchases. I call it a scam because they didn't just come out and say it beforehand. I suspect a lot of people missed the truth about increasing income at all costs in their email. I almost missed it despite actively searching for the truth about this 'amazing offer'. If they really want to give me a gift they can just lose my name and address and not sell or give it to anyone else. In short, a great knife but I will never buy from this company again. I just don't like their sneaky spam tactics. Seeing her name just makes me wonder how many people have been unknowingly sucked into this shady deal. I hope my opinion helps someone.
