The battery compartment does not open no matter what force of nature I call
The battery compartment DOES NOT OPEN. "Tiny screwdriver" does not work - there are no screws. The instructions "Align buckle and press gently" on the photo do not work. What does that even mean? I broke off two nails, stuck a tiny screwdriver in there where the "latch" still won't open. Can you please explain me how to open it? It's a useless product if I can't put batteries in it. My blood pressure is through the roof trying to open this box (*cries-laughs*).
