I wash my hands so often I caught soap! I applied 2 different antibiotic creams. Didn't do much. Quit washing my hands with dish soap and started washing my hands with the dove. Even my wrists were infected! In a short time they look much better and are less itchy. I highly recommend this product. Especially when you wash your hands as often as I do.
