At first, I was excited to try out the "BTH017" cutting wheel on my Makita tool. However, my excitement quickly fizzled out as I began cutting through metal. The wheel wasn't as smooth as I had hoped, and I found myself having to apply more pressure than expected to get the job done. On the positive side, the wheel did stay sharp for a decent amount of time, and I was able to get a good number of cuts out of it. It also fit perfectly on my Makita tool, which is always a plus. Overall, the "BTH017" cutting wheel is a decent choice for those on a budget. However, if smooth cuts are a top priority for you, you may want to opt for a higher quality wheel.
