The most interesting part was how easy it made creating automated workflows with minimal human intervention possible through APIs from other applications available in this platform like Zapier or IFTTT (IfThisThenThat).

It's not as straight forward at first but you can get used quickly if there isn't any documentation out yet! Also their support team seems pretty good compared to some others we've had before where they would disappear without explanation sometimes when problems were escalated up too far into management territory - so be sure your patience matches theirs :P But once set everything does just fine afterwards :).
