Review on πŸ”§ NETWAL Garage Hooks 10 Pack: Heavy Duty Wall Mount Steel Hook for Organizing Power Tools, Ladders, Bicycles, Garden - Black Storage Organizer by Anthony Wiley

Second option but still great

I had to buy them when the ones I used to buy were no longer available. These are almost identical. The rubber cover doesn't stand up as high and they aren't as big/long as the original but they work very well. As I mentioned before, throw those sad little screws out of the box. You are useless. Take some metal anchor bolts. You probably won't be able to fit all of these hooks into studs. (And honestly, you don't want to trust these hooks for something so heavy that you need a bolt anyway.) Lever anchors make these hooks stronger and more stable in drywall. I've used lever anchors with all the hooks I've put in the drywall and these hooks are really strong. I always stock these anchors and they are easy to find at hardware stores or at Revain. If you want to put them in concrete blocks or something similar, make sure you have the right drill bit and anchor. Even with the right drill, I just didn't have the strength or patience to finish the job. In that case you can glue them to the concrete as long as you don't hang something very heavy. You'll need to buy cyanoacrylate super glue to do this (available from Revain!), but it really works. (For advanced users only; use of this material can be dangerous.) Again only lighter items although most of these adhesives are advertised under Β£5,000. I suppose you can use concrete mix as well; again for advanced users only. The bottom line is these hooks are very versatile BUT use a better installation method than the one that comes with them.

Pros
  • Looking forward to it
Cons
  • Almost everything is available
