The team is very responsive when it comes to getting things done quickly as well handling any issues that arise at hand while managing my cross functional project teams- they are always available online or off for questions which has been great throughout this engagement! There's nothing in particular I'd want changed about how their service delivery operates so far!! Definitely recommended. We're solving specific business problems of increased productivity with an integrated platform designed primarily by their customers across our organization (and from various industries) who have real life use cases in multiple domains while using our tool suite. The team at crossbow was very professional in their approach to solving our IT challenges. They were quick to understand our business requirements and quickly developed solutions that met those requirements. I have no complaints about working with them. Their customer service is excellent! We needed help implementing an ERP system for our manufacturing facility. This helped us streamline processes and improve efficiency.
