I purchased this product and thought a longer cable would be perfect. By the time my phone was charged, the part that connected to my phone started to melt and burn. I could tell by the smell. I contacted the company and received no response. My phone now has a burnt portion on the outer case that has also warped from melting/heating. Now many chargers will not connect to my phone and charge regardless of the cost. The same chargers work on other phones. I found a charger that charges my phone but I have to tilt it and not move it. It will still go in and out of connection. I can't upgrade for another year (next September) and can't afford to buy a comparable phone. I hope this will continue until one of these events occurs. Don't buy this cable from these people who don't care how defective their product is!
