I took it to put it on the table near the computer and power it from the monitor via Type-C with PowerDelivery. Before that, there was a horizontal charging pad and it worked great with that. However, this charge, apparently, does not agree with the power source how many watts it needs to work, and the monitor does not even power the Type-C port. Charging pad instantly clings, and this one does not even signal that it does not have enough power. She just won't turn on.
