How do you check the fuses? This is my battery charging circuit for a split phase solar charger/inverter on 120VAC outputs. This is a modest 5000w system using three 56v batteries connected in parallel. Charging is computer controlled up to 60A so they should never burst unless there is a faulty short circuit. They are plated and have soft grooves so you can move them. Because they are smooth, you must use multi-tooth washers. They look like they're sure to burst at rated load. Wear safety goggles around these types of fuses. Each of my batteries has a 60A fuse, so blowing that fuse on the charger would be a serious mistake. You are on a 200A cable.
