
This works great with frozen pizza but not fresh pizza. If you use freshly made batter, the batter will cook too quickly and there is no way to adjust the temperature from the top and bottom. Update: I've been using this for a few months now and found a way to cook fresh pizza to perfection. Place the pizza on the COLD oven, close the lid and turn it on. Cook 15 minutes +/-. Everything has to be perfect. 2nd update: Start with a cold oven. Put the fresh dough on the plate and add the sauce to the ingredients. Close the cover and turn on the device. Cook for 7 minutes, then unplug the stove. Leave closed to allow the filling to continue cooking for 5-8 minutes.
