Expensive, suitable for sweeping

I like the broom. That's better than most of my daily dog hair collections from four dogs and one cat. Watch the video because it is helpful. The scoop works well when you press on it with your foot and it's quite large so it fits a decent amount, but I always fill it up twice with my crew. I've found that the bristles don't remove dog hair very well - there's room for the bristles to clean and it just doesn't work well with dog hair, which tends to get a little static. I usually have to clean up a few times while sweeping my house 1500ft and I just turn the broom over and clean with a towel. I'm disappointed in a few things. First, the broom doesn't stay in the holder very well. It pops out easily if I accidentally rub it while working in the back room. Then he jumped out once, the end of the broom broke off. I think he had a catch? The real disappointment is that the broken off piece is very gross and annoying. I also think the shovel later broke off as well, which is partly responsible for the hanging. It was hard to get stuck and now it's a little bit harder. So, I'm frustrated, my expensive broom is made out of plastic which is brittle enough to break easily. It's okay if you need to stop sweeping and lean your broom against a wall or other surface for a few minutes. He falls invariably, so it doesn't help that he can't handle what often happens, especially since he falls more often than other brooms I've had. He doesn't balance well. Again, it's great for sweeping, it's just that the other features might not justify the $30 price tag.
