My UPDATED RATING: So I previously gave a negative review but had to change it to 5 stars. Yes, I got a cable that didn't work, but I didn't try it either before hiding it behind the wall (rookie mistake). I submitted my negative feedback and the seller immediately contacted me for a replacement. I informed them that I don't need it now as I had to do various things to make up for it - they refunded my money straight away. This prompted me to upgrade my rating to 5 stars because I didn't contact them, they contacted me and got it right. First class customer service. Very friendly. We all understand that there will always be some percentage of failures during production, but that kind of response is the kind of company I would buy from again. Well done and thank you. moral of the story? Great company and always test products before putting them under drywall. OLD RATING: So pissed off, but that's half my fault. I had to test the wire before running it through the walls. Built a new house and used this cable from the TV to my closet in another part of the room. The wire doesn't work. Thrown $170 to the wind and now I have to cut open large walls in my new home to install new wiring that actually works. Its my fault. Should have checked but he just wasn't there when the job was done. Can't give more than 1 star of course as it was unreliable.
